(from hereon, ACCIONA), in conformity with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and other legislation in force in the area, informs Users of the Website http://www.acciona-infraestructuras.com (from hereon, the Website), of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that will apply to the treatment of personal data the User facilitates voluntarily to access its Website or the corresponding mobile application.
