This is one of the divisions that has an extended tradition in the group and is an international benchmark in the execution of these types of premises. From 1963 to 1986 – year of the nuclear moratorium – it built ten nuclear power generation stations in Spain, also taking part in the construction of the CERN Particle Accelerator (Switzerland) and the Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Plant of Tricastin (France).

From 1986 this division changed the Steam Generators of Almaraz Nuclear Power Station (Units 1 and 2) in 1997. Throughout 2008 and 2009, ACCIONA has been participating in implementing the changes to the Angra Steam Generators (Brazil) and built the system of Vandellós 2 Nuclear Power Station.

It is registered in the nuclear directory of Spanish companies and has its quality assurance manual externally audited.
